I am a talented and versatile young cooking school teacher; who loves talking about food as much as I love cooking. As a little girl, I was always in my grandmothers kitchen watching her cook. By the time I was a teen, I knew my life had to revolve around food but I wasn't truly sure what this meant. My journey began in Miami and Rhode Island at Johnson & Wales University, college of the culinary arts . Where I obtained both a Bachelors of Science in Culinary Arts & Culinary Nutrition. With a strong belief that your food comes from your soul, I wanted to discover the origins of many dishes I had learned to prepare and so I began my travels.I have been busy ever since, teaching group and private cooking classes, working as a private chef, catering events and am in the process of developing recipes that I hope one day make into a cookbook all my own. I am passionate about food and it shows in my many styles of cooking classes, as well as the faces of my many students.
