Come join Chef Jenn, Certified Culinary Nutritionist and caterer on a journey to Italy!

This 4 week series will give you the basics you need to create amazing Italian dishes in your own home. Each class will showcase basic recipes from different regions of this great country.

Cooking Up Seduction Teaser

My friend Dr. Jenn and I met at a Good ol' Gals event and we new instantly we where both very passionate people with a lot in common. After lots of fun conversations filled with lots of laughs we said to one an other "we must combine our talent" (giving the world 2 Jenn's for the price of one). We put together a series of fun 5 to 10 minute videos about food and how sentual it can be.

Chef Jenn and Dr. Jenn are announcing their DVD release party for there “Cooking Up Seduction” video series. “Cooking Up Seduction” is a video series where the culinary arts meet the sensual art and we would like to invite you our DVD release event.

An opportunity to meet Chef Jenn and Dr. Jenn live and in person on Thursday, April 15, 2010 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Tango Wine Company in Little Italy.

Dr. Jenn (Jennifer Gunsaullus), PhD, is passionate about making sexual topics educational, safe, and fun. As a relationship & intimacy doctor, Dr. Jenn counsels individuals and couples to improve healthy communication and deepen intimate connection.

Chef Jenn has degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Nutrition, as well as a Sommelier Certificate from Deutsche Wein-und Sommelierschule wine school in Koblenz, Germany. Chef Jenn has taken her international training to numerous San Diego cooking schools and currently runs the Regional Occupational Programming (ROP) culinary arts program in San Marcos.

They believe that passions for food and sensuality are universal and appeal to a very broad audience.

My First Posting- Wine Country Cooking Menu, In Need of Wine Pairing....Ideas Welcome!

This is my first post...OMG!!!
So I am not sure what to do, here is my idea....I am posting the menu for my classes starting next week. I would love you feed back or ideas on wines you would pair, foods you would like to see, or just a conversation that you would like to start.
My next few post will be recipes from these various menus and my wine pairings.
Cross your fingers I hope this turns out to be a lot of fun.
