March 3 through 24, 2010 (Wednesdays) from 6 to 9 p.m.

Come join Chef Jenn, Certified Culinary Nutritionist and caterer on a journey to Italy!

This 4 week series will give you the basics you need to create amazing Italian dishes in your own home. Each class will showcase basic recipes from different regions of this great country.

Menus Include:

Day 1 –

“Antipasti” Salad with Red wine Vinaigrette
Minestrone Soup
Baked Cannellini Beans with Tomato Ragu
Grilled Strip Steaks

Day 2-

Arugula Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette
Green Beans with Sautéed Portabella Mushrooms and Prosciutto
Roasted Garlic and Mascarpone Cheese Mashed Potatoes
Grilled Pork Chops with Porcini Mustard Crust

Day 3-

Italian Wedding Soup
Sautéed Broccoli with Garlic and White Wine
Chicken Breast Milanese

Day 4-

Roasted Eggplant Caprese Salad with Basil Vinaigrette
Fresh Egg Pasta with Fried Sage and Garlic Shrimp
Chocolate Hazel Nut Mousse
